Get your protein hit at CHIA. These colourful salad boxes come with slabs of lightly crisped halloumi, grilled chicken or both – tossed with leaves, red ‘slaw, avo peeled fresh in front of you, tomato quinoa, toasted sunflower seeds and glistening jewels of juicy pomegranate. It’s then dressed in their signature aioli and honey and mustard yoghurt.

Piled high with roasted and pickled veggies, hummus, tahini, roasted aubergine slices, and some of the best falafel around and crispy onion are all then layered on top for some supreme deliciousness that’ll keep you going all day. Nazari have spent years developing the perfect falafel: lightly fried on the outside, squishy on the inside AND it’ll leave you full to the brim. Served with strips of halloumi nestled in a bed of baby leaves and cabbage ‘slaw, plus a mini mountain of hummus and a generous heap of olives, toasted almonds and pomegranate come slathered in yoghurt, mint and garlic tahini and chilli sauce. Vegan and gluten-free options are also available.
A lighter version of Maize Blaize’s signature dish comes with sautéed mini potatoes, garlic rice, slow cooked red beans, guacamole sweet fried platains and balsamic red cabbage come on a bed of mixed leaves with toasted pumpkin seeds, spring onions, fresh chillies, red onion salad and fresh coriander. Then comes the meat: pulled chicken or paprika chorizo.
