The name says it all, American-style ribs are the main event – and Chicago Rib Shack has been going for over 30 years, so they know a thing or two about meaty racks. Keeping it low and slow since day one, each rack of glistening ribs is smoked at 107 degrees over applewood chips for six hours, before being grilled and glazed in the Shack’s signature, sticky barbeque sauce. Food is finger-licking good and the complimentary bib absolutely necessary. Wash down with a cocktail, served from the Shack’s long tiled bar.
