Co-founded by husband-and-wife team Alex Peffly and Z He, the menu has been shaped by the traditional dishes of Southern China, and Z’s childhood memories of family meals and favourite foods. Championing fluffy steamed buns and freshly cooked fillings that range from umami pork belly and lardo to salty-sweet custard, the menu has also been carefully curated to offer the best of authentic Asian ingredients, freshly cooked and conveniently packaged to-go.
