The popular emoji and versatile vegetable is taking over the North Yard for one month. A giant inflation aubergine will pop up on the cobbles with North Yard food traders creating delicious dishes championing our favourite purple food.

Specials include Rudy's Dirty Vegan Diner's Mindful Moussaka Burger & aubergine fries (spicy double 'lam' patty, crispy-fried smoked aubergine, melted smoked cheeze, marinara, basil pesto, black olives) and The Cheese Bar's Aubergine Melt will make you go cheese crazy with this twist on a classic.
