Sausage making with master butcher Sal Dodaro

Italian Alley will be welcoming Sal Dodaro at Brace for a live Sausage making event! The master butcher will be chopping and mincing pork legs together with herbs and spices to create authentic Italian sausages for you to enjoy.

They will be serving special dishes on the day including sausage and potato skewers and a sausage bap! Pair them with Birra Baladin Rock’n’Roll beer curated especially for Brace for an incredible experience!
