Award-winning children’s author Philip Ardagh will be coming aboard the book barge moored up at Hawley Wharf on Sunday afternoon. Known for his books Grubtown, The Eddie Dickens Trilogy and for his collaboration with Sir Paul McCartney, he’ll be treating us to a live reading of one of his stories. There are two slots to sign up to on Sunday, both free of charge.
