Restored to its former glory, discover a new side of Camden at Hawley Wharf

In August 2021, Camden Market Hawley Wharf opened its doors. A 550,000 square foot development overlooking Regent’s Canal, this brand new waterside destination of retail, leisure and food traders reboots and restores Camden’s chaotic charm.

Hawley Wharf has been the site of a market since the early 1970s, but in 2008 it had become in need of restoration. In 2015 work started to breathe new life into Hawley Wharf, creating a canal-side destination that extends from Camden Market down the waterway to Kentish Town Road.

Complete with buzzing two-floored food halls filled with vibrant street-food vendors, rooftop eateries and restaurants, Hawley Wharf is home to some of London’s favourite eateries all under one roof.

In addition to the food market, Camden Market Hawley Wharf is also home to a brand new Curzon cinema with five intimate screens and a New York-style bar nestled under the railway arches, as well as the community-focused team at Camden Boxing Club, eco-conscious hair studio Butchers Salon, and many more exciting openings on the way.
