Longboys create finger doughnuts with all the thought and precision of fine French patisserie, meaning you’ll find layered flavour combinations and seasonal special editions on every visit. Starting with the blank canvas of fried brioche dough, fresh fillings are meticulously made and piped into the centre, then paired with complementary toppings.

Longboys is a creation of Graham Hornigold and Heather Kaniuk – both professional patisserie chefs who hail from some of London’s finest Michelin restaurants; Hakkasan, Mandarin Oriental and Shangri-La at The Shard. You’ll find premium and unexpected ingredients in dishes across their menu –  like the Tiramisu Longboy – an indulgent combination of espresso custard, mascarpone white chocolate crémeux and cacao. Or the Raspberry Rose Lychee – a twist on classic jam and custard fillings that incorporates homemade raspberry jam, smooth vanilla custard and fresh lychees.

With dairy free, vegan and nut-free options, Longboys use quality seasonal ingredients and make their brioche base by hand in small batches, meaning they can reduce sugar throughout the process and still produce a delicious doughnut.
