Organic, indulgent crêpes made with love (and only the best ingredients)

At Crêpes à la Carte, the team motto is “in crêpes we trust” – and we can see why. Made with organic ingredients in the time-honoured, traditional way, on this menu you’ll find Galettes and crêpes made with real joie de vivre, from classic lemon and sugar fillings to savoury smoked salmon and spinach.

The Crêpes à la Carte Galette recipe uses traditional organic buckwheat flour, meaning these dishes are both high in fibre and protein, as well as being fully gluten free. If you’re vegan, the mushroom, tahini and walnut ‘La Vegan’ isn’t to be missed, while the more adventurous won’t be able to resist ‘La Spicy’, with melted brie, mushrooms, egg and homemade spicy sauce. Or there’s always the ham, cheese and egg ‘La Complête’ if you’re looking for a more classic option…

Founded by friends Eva and Thomas who both hail from Brittany, the home of the crêpe, this stall was born in London in 2012 at Camden Market. You’ll find them at Hawley Wharf seven days a week (crêpes aren’t just for pancake day), flipping up a storm with their carefully sourced ingredients.

Make sure you try…

The homemade salted butter caramel – a very indulgent treat when folded into a hot crêpe…
