You wouldn't have thought that the next step on from making burgers would be crepes, but for Tongue ’n Cheek’s Cristiano and wife Kirie, it was a natural progression. And just like their burgers, Tokyo Bakery’s crepes take things to a whole new level, combining European influences (to give that perfect, buttery thin crepe) with Japanese influences (for fillings such as miso-salted caramel).
